  • Return Policy: At MOFSA.COM, we prioritize the quality of our products and services. Before dispatching any parcel, our suppliers meticulously inspect the products twice before handle the packaging.

    1. Cancellation Policy:
      • Orders can only be canceled before shipping. Buyers must contact us promptly, stating the reason, and our sales manager will arrange the cancellation within 2 working days.
      • Shipped orders are non-cancellable.
    2. Return Policy:Defective Items:
      • If you receive a defective item, we sincerely apologize and will actively address the issue with your cooperation.
      • First, notify us within 3 days of delivery.
      • Second, capture a picture of the defective item and email it to us. Our Technical Director will review and, upon agreement, initiate a refund.
      • Third, if identification is not possible, all items must be returned in their original condition for a refund or exchange. The buyer covers all shipping costs. To compensate for any inconvenience, we may offer additional discounts on your next order after assessment.
    3. Refund Policy:
      • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned items.
      • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
      Non-Refundable Items:
      • Certain items, including gift cards, downloadable software, or personalized/customized items, are non-refundable.
      Late or Missing Refunds:
      • If a refund is not received within the specified time, customers should check their bank account first.
